Metamap users must comply with all applicable U.S. laws and regulations, including those relating to intellectual property, data, and privacy. Metamap users can only (1) characterize through a map or (2) upload information and data which is (a) in the public domain, or (b) for which the user owns or controls all required contractual rights, trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property. Metamap users must make a reasonable effort to prevent unauthorized access to their account, including by keeping passwords and login information confidential.
Metamap users cannot create new user accounts or taking any other action on this site using bots or in bulk, and cannot place any advertisements within or on a map.
If CRLab has reason to believe a user is violating this agreement, the user's account can be suspended or terminated at any time, without notice.
The State of New York will be exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes relating to this agreement or any product or service of CRLab or Metamap.me.
